Norbert Stöß as skipper on the Elbe

Norbert Stöß is the skipper Hans Asmuth. The 18-year-old daughter of shipowner Wilhelm Behritz is kidnapped after her birthday party on a paddle steamer and the skipper is seriously injured. The kidnappers demand a ransom of 300,000 euros, but the planned handover goes awry! The money disappears, Stella remains in the kidnappers' power and the truth comes to light. Stella has joined forces with her kidnappers to trick her father. But her accomplices are not playing along. They have no intention of sharing the loot and instead increase their demands.
