This includes advice on personal career planning, presentation of artists, support at castings and during filming, placement, contract drafting, social media work and a well-organized back office. Our goal is to optimally promote and successfully stage talent, to cultivate relationships with the film industry with attention and to build and maintain trust in the abilities of our artists.

Wishes, dreams, visions, realities
We wish for nothing but contented Buddhas with occasional moments of overwhelming happiness, and often.
It should rain red roses for our Actors, they should encounter all kinds of miracles! That also makes us happy.
We do everything in our power to achieve this, because we want success. But we can only do what is in our power, for everything else we can only offer to negotiate, constantly ask, inquire, hope and at some point understand when to stop, because the casters, producers, directors and editors should also feel comfortable and want to work with us again.
An artist's life has never been easy. For the well-known reasons that can be read in every industry newsletter at the moment and, more recently, rather strange political decisions, there is less funding for the arts than ever before. Projects that have already been cast and approved are disappearing from the scene before they have even started shooting, and those affected have no choice but to watch. We also feel responsible for this grieving process with our artists.
And it is our job to give hope and to be happy when a new project is created, possibly one that is fun to be a part of as an Actors, even if it doesn't live up to the glossy expectations of previous years. We encourage our artists to stay on the ball, to be visible, and you become visible with everything you do and what you do with dedication.
We like to challenge the little bit of luck without which nothing works in our job, we do this every day and if it helps, occasionally with a suitable mantra.
We believe in that too. To be more precise, it is Claudia who has the most experience with this.
