We always try to get the best deal for our artists, which can also mean sounding out the financial limits of our contractual partners and realizing which conditions are realistic and which are not and making compromises, without which no contract can be concluded these days. We strive for fair negotiations for all contractual partners. Accuracy is essential when concluding contracts, which is why we check all contracts thoroughly and no contract is signed unless it has also been thoroughly checked by the Actors.

We advise our artists on current and long-term opportunities, support them in the casting process, contribute our ideas for role development and help them find a professional coach.

In order to make it easier for our existing and future partners in the acting industry to access all relevant information and files about our artists, we are continuously optimizing our website, all material of our Actors is up to date.

We rely on an intensive and regular exchange with our artists and take care of communication before, during and after events or filming.

We are happy to support you as coaches or help you find a professional coach.

If our time permits, we are also happy to offer the opportunity for castings and interviews at our premises in Berlin with professional equipment.

We present the work of our Actors via social media channels and newsletters and accompany them to important industry events where possible.

We support our artists in maintaining online portals, editing showreels and updating their CVs and photos.

We take care of scheduling for our artists and keep an eye on all obligations, options and deadlines.

Our Actors' showreels are up to date and to keep them that way, we record the broadcasts or order the material from the broadcasters and use it to create new showreel contributions.
