Nadine Heidenreich shoots "The heavy load"
Nadine Heidenreich is shooting the short film "The heavy load" with young director Joshua Krull this summer. "The Heavy Load" is the story of an 11-year-old boy who wants to help his very sick mother by acting in a real movie. 11-year-old JIMMY SPENCER has little to do with the kids in his neighborhood. So he plays alone in his room day after day with his imaginary siblings, to whom he gives names and voices. It is only when Jimmy joins a theater group that he experiences the joy of playing with other children and his parents see him as a happy child for the first time. When Jimmy's mother, JIL, falls seriously ill, a world collapses for the boy. He desperately searches for something that can help his mother. He finally comes up with the great idea of acting in a movie . Jimmy believes that his mother will now do anything to get better and admire him in his movie . Jimmy pursues his plan with enormous commitment. But the dream soon threatens to shatter as new obstacles are placed in the boy's path until he meets a very special person. The lead actor is Scottish Actors Gary Lewis, who is known from films such as "Billy Elliot" and "Gangs of New York".
